Lay‑It‑Down Beta is an invite‑only test environment for selected dealers and wholesale buyers.

By using the beta, you agree not to upload or enter customer personal information, title documents, financial documents, driver’s license images, production photos, production data, or other sensitive information.

Users may only access the account and organization assigned to them.

Dealers may not use Lay‑It‑Down Beta to harvest buyer contact information.

Buyers may not see competing offers from other buyers.

Lay‑It‑Down does not automatically rank buyers, automatically select buyers, or make the highest offer automatically win. All offers and deal decisions remain subject to dealer judgment.

The beta may change, break, or be discontinued at any time.

Public signup is not available.

Acceptable Use

Users must respect the privacy and integrity of the beta environment. Any attempt to scrape data, distribute unauthorized listings, or otherwise circumvent access controls is prohibited.

Data Hygiene

Keep listings focused on unit details and dealer notes. Do not upload sensitive personal or financial information.

Buyer Network Protection

Buyer contact details are hidden until a deal is accepted. Do not attempt to harvest or share buyer information outside the app.
