Lay-It-Down Wholesale is a private wholesale workflow platform operated by CT HOLDINGS, LLC. Support is provided directly by the team that operates the network.

When you write in, include your name, the business email address on your account (if you have one), your organization, and a clear description of the request. We aim to acknowledge support and privacy requests within a commercially reasonable period; timing may vary based on request complexity, identity verification, security concerns, legal obligations, and the involvement of an organization administrator.

What we can help with

• Founding-access inquiry — questions about requesting dealer or wholesale-buyer access. See Request Founding Access for what to include.
• Sign-in help — help signing in, password and recovery help.
• Account access — new user provisioning for an existing organization, deactivating a user who leaves, and role or organization corrections (requests must come from an authorized representative of the organization).
• Listing issue — problems with a listing or its workflow.
• Photo/content concern — reporting a photo or content you believe violates the Acceptable Use / Photo & Content Policy.
• Message/user concern — reporting a message or user you believe violates the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use policy.
• Account closure — closing an account or organization access. See the Support & Account Closure Policy for the verified process.
• Privacy/data request — access, correction, deletion, and other requests described in the Privacy Policy.
• External dealer-subscription question — dealer subscriptions are billed outside the app under a separate agreement; billing questions are handled through support under that agreement. There is no in-app billing or checkout.
