Lay-It-Down Wholesale is a private, verified network. Founding access is limited: dealer and wholesale-buyer requests are reviewed by our team, and accounts are provisioned only after a request is approved.

Every request is reviewed and verified. Submitting this form does not create an account or guarantee approval. Dealer access is paid; verified wholesale-buyer access is free during the founding launch. There is no public signup or public buyer directory.

A founding-access request needs only basic business contact information. Do not include:

  • Customer personal information of any kind.
  • Title documents.
  • Finance, credit, or insurance documents.
  • Driver's licenses or other government IDs (numbers or images).
  • Passwords or sign-in credentials.
  • Bank account or payment-card information.
  • Customer or vendor lists, or employee rosters.
  • VINs or unit documents.
