Lay-It-Down Wholesale is a private, verified wholesale network, now available on iPhone and Android. Any qualifying dealer or wholesale-buyer business can apply, without a referral or an existing relationship with us. Our team reviews each request before approving business access.

Every request is reviewed and verified. Submitting this form does not create an account or guarantee approval. Dealer access is paid; verified wholesale-buyer access is free during the founding launch. Downloading the app does not activate an account. There is no public buyer directory.

We are validating dealer pricing against real workflow and operating costs. This conversation is optional and does not affect whether your request is reviewed.

Do not send sensitive information

A founding-access request needs only basic business contact information. Do not include:

  • Customer personal information of any kind.
  • Title documents.
  • Finance, credit, or insurance documents.
  • Driver's licenses or other government IDs (numbers or images).
  • Passwords or sign-in credentials.
  • Bank account or payment-card information.
  • Customer or vendor lists, or employee rosters.
  • VINs or unit documents.

What happens next

  1. We review your request and prepare a provisional inventory-fit summary for human review.
  2. We follow up to verify the business, clarify buyer or dealer fit, and—when requested—conduct the optional pricing and workflow conversation.
  3. After business approval and applicable membership arrangements, we send an account invitation. Accept it, set your password, and sign in to the app. Approval is not automatic or guaranteed.
