Is this an auction or retail advertising site?

No. This is a private business-to-business RV wholesale workflow. Dealers choose listing recipients and evaluate private offers; there are no public auction events.

Can I use it immediately after downloading?

Downloading does not activate an account. Business approval and applicable membership arrangements come first. Membership is handled directly with our team, not through in-app billing.
